Otherwise, be sure to use shampoo and conditioner that is sulfate-free and paraben-free, shampoo for color-treated hair. Avoid using harsh shampoos that can damage your hair and dull your color.
2. Condition Regularly: Conditioning your hair is a crucial part of your hair care routine. In addition to the conditioner included in your hair color kit, use a deep conditioning treatment once a week to add shine and keep your hair soft.
3. Air Dry Whenever Possible: Whenever possible, allow your hair to air dry before styling it. If you need to use a hair dryer, make sure to apply a heat protection spray beforehand and keep the temperature of your straightener low to prevent fading of your color.
