Shipping Policy
Shipping Method
We currently use USPS Priority Mail Fixed Rate - We do not charge additional cost to USPS rates.
Bulk Orders
For Bulk orders of 3 or more items, we may need to requote shipping price. We will contact you to requote shipping cost.
Insufficient address:
If an order is returned to us with an address not accepted by the shipping company or a product is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or is undeliverable to the designated address for any reason related to the address assigned by the customer, a credit will be provided to the customer for the product minus the shipping charge incurred. The customer should submit a new order with the proper address if they would like the order to be resent. For any free shipping items, there will be a return fee to recoup losses incurred for shipping costs, which will be deducted from the item price refunded.
Item Damaged during transit.
All items are automatically insured by USPS. If there is evidence that the product is damaged due to mishandling during shipping or if tracking shows the item was delivered, but you did not receive it, you will be responsible for contacting your local USPS office to initiate insurance coverage.
Return Policy
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY:
NOTE: THERE ARE NO RETURNS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED.
Cancellation Policy
We allow cancellation of an order within 24 hours after the order is placed. Beyond 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a cancellation when the item is in the process of being shipped.
Defective Products or Items not Received as Described:
If an item on your order you've received has any manufacturer defects or in the event you received the wrong product, you may exchange or return the defective products within 30 days of receiving your order. We may issue you a return label or send you an exchange label directly to your email address once your return is approved. In the event the product leaks, we will not ask you to return it. Instead, we will require photos showing evidence of product leaking. We will process and re-ship your exchange and/or process your refund once your returned item is processed, which typically ranges from 2 to 4 business days after receiving the item. If an item is returned without authorization, there will be no refund and the shipper may be returned at your expense.
Exchange Policy:
We do not do exchanges unless the product is defective as described above.
Non-Defective Products:
For any Non-Defective products, we presently do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Issuing Returns and Refunds
Buyer's remorse or changing your mind are not accepted once the product has been shipped. In other words, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. If an item is returned without authorization, there will be no refund and the shipper may be returned at your expense.
